Material from Jiri Bernasek: I have a Czech DVD edition, published a few years back (unsure on exact
date, most probably 2007, as some discussions suggest). It was a bonus
attached to a newspaper "Blesk", really cheap (42 CZK = about 1.50
Euro), in a simple paper envelope (see scans in the second zip archive -
both sides of the envelope, and disk itself).
